OpenAir Integrates with Peachtree Accounting Software
Opens the Doors of Professional Services Automation to Peachtree Users
Boston (October 26, 2000) - OpenAir, a Web-native professional services
automation suite with over 40,000 users, today announced the expansion of its import and
export capabilities to support data exchange with the Peachtree® Complete Accounting system. OpenAir
users and Peachtree customers can now access features unique to both applications
without retyping client or project data, giving Peachtree's customers the ability to tap
into the OpenAir sophisticated suite of integrated professional service modules.
Peachtree users can utilize OpenAir to manage their information backbone,
supporting projects from Proposals to Project Tracking, Time Bills, Time Sheets and
Expense Reports. OpenAir conveniently enables mobile professionals to capture time
and expense data from remote locations via any Internet enabled computer, Palm Pilot or
WAP-enabled phone, then export that information into Peachtree. Company data such as
clients, projects, vendors and inventory items can flow from Peachtree into OpenAir,
extending the functionality of the Peachtree system and making it more flexible and
accessible.
